1.1 Acceptance of Agreement

By using b4bet's website, mobile site, or any related services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between b4bet and the user. The agreement takes effect as soon as an account is created on the platform.

The original language of these Terms and Conditions is Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy with a translation or version in another language, the Bengali version shall prevail. b4bet reserves the right to make the final interpretation on any matter.

2.1 Age Requirement

Preventing underage gaming is a core responsibility of b4bet. If age verification is refused or false information is provided, the account will be immediately closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Multiple accounts cannot be created under the same person's name, from the same device, or by members of the same household. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you are required to truthfully provide your full name, correct contact details, and any other necessary information. b4bet reserves the right to close the account and withhold deposited funds if false or misleading information is provided.

3.1 KYC Process

b4bet conducts a user identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) process to ensure safe and transparent service. Before requesting a withdrawal, or at any time the platform requires it, you may be asked to submit the following documents:

• Scan copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of ownership of mobile banking account
• Bank account statement (if required)

Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete. b4bet may request additional verification documents at any time.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is strictly prohibited. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

4.1 Deposit Rules

4.3 Currency & Conversion

b4bet processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any applicable fees or charges on transactions may apply according to the payment method provider's own policies — b4bet is not responsible for these.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members making their first deposit at b4bet are eligible for a 150% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳37,000

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• A bonus offer can be claimed only once from the same household, the same device, or the same IP address.
• b4bet reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, b4bet may cancel the bonus and review the account.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time limit, the bonus funds will expire.

5.3 VIP Program

b4bet's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher VIP tier is possible based on active gaming activity. VIP benefits and cashback terms and conditions apply.

6.1 Betting Rules

All bets on b4bet are considered final once confirmed. If a bet is cancelled due to internet disconnection or a technical issue, b4bet reserves the right to make an appropriate decision. For all disputed bets, b4bet's server logs will be considered as the final evidence.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Markets and odds are set by b4bet and may change at any time. Betting may be available both before a match starts and in-play.

If an event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the specified rules, b4bet will follow standard industry policy regarding that bet.

6.3 Casino Games

b4bet's casino section offers slots, live casino, fishing games, and other games. All casino games are operated through a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that ensures fair and transparent results. Game providers' own terms and conditions may also apply.

7.1 General Prohibitions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on b4bet:

• Participating in any fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Misusing promotional offers or engaging in bonus hunting.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account in the name or identity of a third party.
• Using the platform to conceal the source of illegal funds (money laundering).

7.2 Consequences of Violations

• Forfeit the balance and bonus funds.

• Take legal action.

b4bet may at any time close, suspend or restrict an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Failure to verify age.
• Regulatory or legal requirements.

Whether a valid balance will be returned in the case of an account closed at b4bet's initiative will be considered by b4bet depending on the circumstances.

11.1 Service Availability

b4bet makes every effort to provide an uninterrupted and continuous service. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or other reasons. b4bet will have no financial liability in such circumstances.

11.2 Third-Party Liability

b4bet is not responsible for the actions or failures of game providers, payment processors or any other third party. In such cases, the respective third party's own terms and conditions will apply.

11.3 Gaming Decisions
